Psalm 39:7 But now, LORD, what do I look for? My hope is in you
Comment
Melancholy do like to sneak up on us uninvited .
.
.
We look around and think there is greenery in everyone else’s life except ours.

In Psalm 39 , the Psalmist reminds us that the wealth that we gather are perishable , and that our days are short.
.
.
We will leave behind everything that we ran after on this earth- popularity, riches, our house , our cars, and our expensive collection.
.
.

So where does our expectation come from?

—Where do we go when everything in this world turns out to be vain ?

—Who will lend us a shoulder when
friends and family wound us sore?
.
.

Most certainly , I must say that the beautiful name of Jesus can calm our very blues.

CHRIST IS OUR ONLY LASTING HOPE!
.
.

Charles Spurgeon once said that "Without Christ there is no hope". Isn't it so true?

Our relationship with Him and all the spiritual blessings that comes through Christ will last through eternity.

Shalom,

-D.A.-
